At BeautySale.ee, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions for product returns:

1. Return Conditions

   • Returns are only accepted for unopened and sealed products in their original packaging.
   • Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic and fragrance products cannot be returned.
   • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Return Costs

   • Customer responsibility: If you decide you no longer want the product or change your mind, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
   • Our responsibility: If the product you received is incorrect or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Exceptions

   • Purchases made with gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
   • Products that have been opened or used are non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations.
