The owner of the online store www.beautysale.ee is JBM Solutions OÜ.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

1. Applicability: These terms apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
2. Product Prices: Prices are listed alongside the products and are shown in euros, including VAT.
3. Delivery Charges: Additional delivery charges apply, based on the buyer’s location and delivery method, displayed during checkout.
4. Product Information: Details of each product are available on its respective product page.

Placing an Order

1. Order Process: Add desired products to the cart, complete the required fields, and select a delivery method. The total amount payable will be displayed, which can be securely paid through:
   • Bank transfers (Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania)
   • Visa/Mastercard payments
   • Apple Pay and Google Pay
   • “Pay Later” solutions
   • Gift cards
2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Montonio in a secure environment. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking or card details.
3. Contract Conclusion: The agreement is valid once the payment is received in the seller’s account.
4. Unavailable Products: If a product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be notified promptly, and a refund (including delivery fees) will be issued within 30 days.

Delivery

1. Countries of Delivery: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
2. Delivery Methods: The buyer can choose from various delivery options, with costs displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Times:
   • Domestic: Typically within 12 business days of the contract conclusion.
   • International: Delivery within 12 business days.
   • In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Period: Buyers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Exclusions:
   • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
   • Returns are accepted only for unopened and sealed products in their original packaging.
3. Procedure: To initiate a return, submit a withdrawal form provided via email.
4. Return Costs:
   • The buyer bears the return costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on the seller’s part.
   • Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Refund Conditions: The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of return is provided.

Complaints

1. Defective Products: If a product is defective, the seller will repair, replace, or refund it.
2. Exclusions: The seller is not responsible for defects caused after the product has been delivered to the buyer.
3. Complaint Response: The seller will respond to complaints within 15 days.

Data Processing and Marketing

1. Data Use: Personal data is used solely for processing orders and delivering goods.
2. Newsletters: Buyers receive newsletters only if they opt-in. They can unsubscribe at any time.

Dispute Resolution

1. Submitting Complaints: Complaints can be sent to help@beautysale.ee.
2. Consumer Disputes: If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, buyers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
