Activating emulsion to combine:. lighten by 3 shades ā 12% 40 vol. oxidant. lighten by 2 shades ā 9% 30 vol. oxidizer. lighten by 1 shade or darken/keep the previous shade with gray hair coverage ā 6% 20 vol. oxidant. darken/maintain the previous shade without the need to cover gray hair ā 4% 13 vol. oxidant.
