Prevents eyebrows and eyelashes from falling out. Helps match eyebrows to hair color. Provides effective looks and a balanced appearance. With its 45-day permanence, it maintains its first-day vitality for a long time without flowing and losing its color. One tube of dye can be used for 60 applications. It nourishes eyebrows and eyelashes and encourages them to multiply and grow. The dye that gets into the eye during dyeing or waiting can burn the eye, but the herbal ingredients of RefectoCil do not harm the eye in any way. Refectocil dyes are not suitable for use to lighten the color of eyebrows and eyelashes. The dyes are designed to darken the existing color. You need to use a lightener to lighten your eyebrow color. You will need to purchase RefectoCil Oxidant separately to prepare the mixture.
